  • Individual sessions accelerate the growth of one's Pilates practice. The one hour session is dedicated to your specific needs. After each session, observation on improvements and areas of rehabilitation are recorded.

    With the consultation of the individual, physical fitness goals are assessed. A program is developed for each client. Every 6 months, a check up evaluation is taken to monitor progress of the client.

    A combination of private sessions and semi-privates gives the individual to work to the demands of a group setting and work to the demands he or she sets for oneself in a private session.

    Participation in a semi-private will depend on student's proficiency in Pilates. Evaluation and private sessions must be taken first before participating in semi- privates or classes.
