• Pilates has introduced me to the concept of core strengh. It improved the alignment of my spinal column, which in turn relieved or eliminated alot of my neck, shoulder and lower back discomfort. As you attempt each exercise you can feel your body as it becomes aware and attempts to adjust to each move.

    Depending on your physical fitness level, spring tension can be adjusted to your needs. These are the most popular classes due to the gains in both agility and core strength built in a short amount of time.


    Spaces are limited to 3 participants per class. Once all 3 spots are taken, a class is full.


    A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR MISSED CLASS.
